The Team (Paul, Cam & Dave), are a friendly, dedicated, knowledgeable and kind. They always provide a high level of customer service and advice. I recently had one of my Trek bike is for a review, they went to the next level to show me the technical results and how the maintenance was performed. I have been a customer of TRS since 2014 and put these guys up there with the Customer Service, bike and accessory range you would expect only in Cities.
