The Team (Paul, Cam & Dave), are a friendly, dedicated, knowledgeable and kind. They always provide a high level of customer service and advice.
I recently had one of my Trek bike is for a review, they went to the next level to show me the technical results and how the maintenance was performed.
I have been a customer of TRS since 2014 and put these guys up there with the Customer Service, bike and accessory range you would expect only in Cities.
We are very fortunate to have these guys looking out for the cycling community of Port Macquarie and the Greater region.

Friendly and supportive staff. As a 'beginner' in all things cycling, it makes a difference to be able to ask questions and not be judged. High quality product recommendations and I really appreciated your help to set up my tow bar and the bike rack. I left the store with my new purchases knowing that I can rely on your team to support me ongoing.
As you settle into the new location, I appreciate that team communication will become more cohesive. When I visited as planned initially to collect my bike on a Saturday morning, the rack had yet to be assembled and so another plan was made. No drama, Alfred would give us rain for the next few days anyway!
At the time the staff member suggested that, when I returned in the week, two staff members would be present and one would have the time to show me how to replace a tire tube, he also suggested that I bring my helmet and try the bike locally so the team would be on hand to ask any questions. On the day the focus was fitting the rack and these opportunities were not mentioned. In gentle enquiry, I was advised that workshops would be held and would be promoted on FB. No drama, I am sure if I asked for a demo it would have been forthcoming. I had a lot to think about already and being such a newbie have appreciated the privacy of my driveway and local roads to practice the basics! I raise the anomaly simply as a note re communication between team members to consider going forward.
