I love Jenn. She is the best fitness instructor I have ever met. I am impressed with the progress I made after a few sessions working with Jenn, and it is mostly due to her ability to teach proper form while making the workout really enjoyable. Her knowledge and patience makes me feel comfortable to ask questions during our training, which gives me confidence to reach for bigger challenges. The studio is very welcoming, professional and yet relaxed. It truly makes me feel at home.

all staff is very knowledgeable, and professional. The are very good at teaching the correct form to prevent injury and directing you to the right response to if an injury occurs. In particular one of the staff, Kim [LAST NAME REMOVED], is trained in a new form of physical therapy (more intensive and comprehensive then physical therapy) that has been very helpful in alleviating, strains, cramps or injury and targeting exercises that prevent injury in a way I have never experienced from any other trainer. I've been to gym's and trainer's on and off for a long time and there is no set of staff that is more knowledgeable and the addition of Kim who does a new set of treatment to keep you on track is very unique.
