Mark was awesome at answering all my questions and concerns. He took everything I said into consideration and was very thorough with his work. He used tools that provided me with realtime insight and reassurance on concerns of humidity. The inspection report was provided back to me less than 24hrs after our initial inspection visit that provided me and my partner clear expectations of the house and what to be mindful of come time for repairs. It was also outlined with 3D-like examples of the potential causes if we don’t get the house repaired or fixed with the things noted. Not only did we receive the inspection report but a PDF checking for us to keep track of when doing our repairs in the future. Awesome techniques and technology used with clear, good quality photos. Thanks for helping us out in the process of purchasing our first home! Would recommend Mark and TrueView Home Inspections to anyone looking for a qualified home inspection! Travel not an issue!

After reading the agreement listing all the items that wouldn't be able to be seen I honestly wondered if it would be worth it. Well... yes it was and I'm so glad we went ahead with it. Mark, the home inspector, took off the electrical panel and noticed that some of the wires were a bit melted. This was a potential fire hazard! We would never had taken off the panel and even if we did we would not have know what to look for. Turns out that it's a pretty easy fix! That alone was worth the cost of the inspection.
