We're emailed notice of their visit the day prior. We are advised approximately the time of their arrival and are actually told when they are enroute to our yard. The are mannerly and provide through treatment. It its not necessary for us to be present during the treatment.

The professionalism is greatly appreciated. We are notified a day prior to the service and given the up to arrival information. Great if you have fur babies. The treatments are done based on what is needed to get/keep the lawn healthy. I appreciate the attention given when I do have questions. The extreme heat without much, if any rain, is difficult, but TruGreen care makes it tolerable. Without the TruGreen service, our yard would be gone.
