The technician, Dylan, was very helpful and informative. He listened to my concerns about dead/dry spots in my lawn due to a pest, and treated for army worms. I might rate the experience higher if I was able to see more immediate improvement. Dylan did indicate that we could call for another seeding treatment (our lawn was already aerated and overseeded for the season) if needed.

Not much before this last service. We have TruGreen services in Aiken, SC and are well satisfied. That has not been the case here in Knoxville, until Gabe and Rod showed up.

My rating is based only on this last service call. This is the third callback for nutsedge. None of the prior visits did anything. This time, Gabe and Rod were the technicians. They told me they were on property and patiently listened to my issues. Then Gabe repeated what he had heard and explained what he would do to address my specific issues. He and Rod applied the treatment and left a summary of the actions they had taken. Today, I noted that the nutsedge is turning yellow. I highly recommend Gabe and Rod. They were congenial and professional. They explained what they would do and then followed through with the right treatment, not just whatever was on the truck. My thanks to Gabe and Rod. Because of them, I am still a customer.
