I did receive a call and spoke to I think his name was Kevin. I explained to him my concerns, he did ask what he could do to correct the problem. We agreed on the coming out and retreating for the dandelions and the next treatment wouldn't be charged. I asked about if there was a way on the recorded message to include additional treatments being applied like the grub treatment. I know the company doesn't know what is going on in the homeowners live and there could circumstances going on that additional charges may financial difficulties. This could cause service to be stopped altogether. He say they would call and let us know if anything other than the normal treatment is being applied.
Tru Green planned a program of treatment for our yard that included only the applications that we needed so that we did not have extra expense for items that we did not want. We received a discount for payment prior to the services. They notified us when the applications were scheduled and after they were applied.
Yesterday (7/12/2017) Mr. Gerold Hansen provided the Insect & Disease contorl service for our shrubs and trees. He is very friendly and highly professional in his work. He listens to customer needs and does avery through and complete service. He is very passionate in his work. I am highly appreciative of his service as i had personally watched him perform
