Have the service workers spend a little more time either spraying or fertilizing more efficiently covering the necessary areas. We see more weeds than what we expected. We have camera's so we can see what is not done and done. Your communication is excellent when notifying us of upcoming services for our 3 homes. The service members do work hard, hustle and some when i talk with them are very pleasant. Not thrilled with the costs going up especially when we have 3 homes on small properties. Overall, we are satisfied with Tru Green and will continue to work with them to improve our customer satisfaction in keeping our lawns green and good looking! Thanks, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

I'm glad someone actually came back and did the treatment. I've been missing out on weed treatments with my fertilizer treatments because there are no technicians available to apply that type of chemical. The technician was really friendly and professional.
