I get an automated call the day before when someone is to arrive. That allows me to tell them about my gate and an overflow drain box. I also get to meet the person(s). This past week I had aeration/over seeding. Kyle came at 2 pm. I asked the other guy how deep the aerator goes. I told him I was going to pull the flags over the porch light line and a buried drainage extension made of vinyl in 2000. Kyle was able to open the gate all the way to fit through. I sure hope he messed up the tunnels the moles made to confuse them. I was concerned the tunnels would swallow him up. He is too nice looking. Nice looking # 2, was right behind him with the seed spreader. He survived the backyard and closed the gate. Both of these guys are fast. They left their flag by the mail box and the instructions for watering the grass. That motivated me to get some hoses. Thank you guys.

I like how you provide professional, timely service. The field technicians are very professional but I think they could get even better. i am a long-time customer with TruGreen and honestly, I'm getting frustrated with TruGreen's inability of getting rid of button weed in my backyard. The issue with the button weed has gone on for 2-3 years now and I have just moved on from year to year hoping the issue would just go away. Today (9/9/2024), TruGreen came out to again address my button weed problem. The specialist (Wallace) was very professional and treated the lawn. We shall see if the treatment was effective but i will stay on TruGreen until my button weed issue is resolved or until TruGreen just says, "We can't eliminate this button weed."
