Jade is very thorough throughout the yard. And she always speaks with us before doing the work. I also like the fact that we have had the same technician all season. I want to give kudos to her supervisor. On hot days, when I have offered water, she’s said that her supervisor has driven around checking on everyone and providing drinks.

The customer service! The services provided are always above par but in this particular review I want to talk about the specialist I spoke with. Brenda Mathews. She was so patient with trying to understand what I was asking for. She even called back for clarifications! Once we got all our ducks in a row, she completed my request so quickly. I can't tell you how much a kind, understanding and patient person on the other end of the line is when you don't know what you are asking for! :) THANK YOU!
