Appears to be working. Courteous staff. However last service performed by Dierdre did not give me an hour warning before service so I could get my pets inside. Also, left my gate unlatched. Dogs could have easily gotten out if I had not found and latched it before letting them out into the yard. Please note both in my account preferences.
