After the first guy that came over a week ago to do aeration and seeding MESSED UP and missed about 1/3 of our yard. I greeted him when he got here because, I did not think he had been to our address before. He was so busy talking on his phone that he never asked me where our property lines were and acted as if he knew, but he did not. I telephoned and told the customer service person, and she was understanding and set up a follow up immediately.
I was scheduled with a follow up appointment on 9/24/24 and Jaheed did an excellent job and communicated with, by listening to what happened the first time around. I was very disappointed before but am very satisfied now.

The two techs spoke with me and explained what they were doing to address my broadleaf weed issue. It is unfortunate that it took three tries to do the treatment correctly.
Technician was very thorough in treating shrubs and discussed with me. what he was doing. Had totally opposite experience with a lawn service call on the same day. Requested broadleaf weed treatment. Per Service Summary, tech treated for grassy weeds. Report also indicates that service was done about 20 minutes before sunrise. Can't see weeds very well in dark. This was a repeat service request since two weeks earlier lawn was treated for grassy weeds after I reported broadleaf weed problems.
