When I had an issue with a service, my local service manager Rui was available to listen to my concerns. Supplied his cell phone and continued to work with me until I was satisfied. Any business can have bumps but the ones that have staff in place to address and rectify customer concerns and issues are successful. Thank you.
The contact with emails and phone calls is great, but I did ask during the summer for my day to be switched from a Wednesday to Friday as we are not able to water the lawn until Saturday. I was told this could be done but it wasn't. I called about this issue and that a small portion of the lawn had been burnt after July's application, hence the change of days for watering. I was told someone would look at it and get back to me, they didn't.
My husband and I have agreed the lawn is starting to look really good. So your treatments are working. I also agreed to bush and small tree treatments, has this been done because I have noticed some damage to plants, a lacing effect which I was told is insect damage from bush/tree insects.
Rui, Mark and our new TruGreen team have been great and very response to repairing our valued lawn. For the past two-three years, our lawn has deteriorated to a terrible state and we now have a great team in place to turn it around. I have complete trust and confidence that we will get there. It will take close attention and tender loving care.

I like that TruGreen provides a broad range of Services for my lawn care as well as mosquito prevention. They lay out a series of treatments throughout the spring and summer and fall tht keeps my yard looking green and healthy all year round.
