I can honestly say I have never had a problem with Tru Green. If I asked a question or if I ask for some help with the lawn, they’ve always been there. I would highly recommend them probably. We have Cancel been doing business with them for at least 15 years. Our condo association is very happy with them!

The initial phone call to TruGreen was very informative and and straight to the point. The next contact was letting me know when they would be doing my first application. Dion was my next contact and he introduced himself and stated what he would be doing. So far so good. Now, I just have to see the results of their product. I like the emailed summaries with suggestions for watering etc. I also like how the technicians walk the yard when treating it and actually look at the yard. That’s a big plus in my book!

The guys sent to do treatments answer any questions I have and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Kyle D told and showed me that I had grubs when he was here aerating and overseeing my yard earlier in month. Then last week Kyle and Dion came and sprayed for weeds, fertilized and to spray for grubs.

It's nice to have someone to apply fertilizers & weed killers because I wouldn't know what to purchase and have no easy way of applying those to my yard. My neighbors' yards look like green carpets compared to mine! I'm relatively new to lawncare, other than mowing, so the advice I get is very helpful. However, the specialist listed in the comments that I need to reset my mower to a higher setting because my yard looked scalped. I've been mowing at a 3-inch setting from the beginning, so maybe my mower blades need to be checked? My irrigation system is not on a timer due to the large size of my yard, but I'll try to water more often. I definitely see a difference when I do!
