I am sure the service was great for the yard, but I wasn't home to talk to you when you knocked on my door. I did check the yard when I got home and found my landscaping plant had been damaged from your hose that was drugged to the back yard. I have curbing around all my landscaping and the hose jumped my curb and pulled some of my ground hugging plants apart and out of my landscaping. This isn't the first time this has happened to my landscaping but is the first time I have given below 10 rating for this reason. I wish that service tech's would watch for this when pulling your hose to the back yard. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] M.

Sam was an excellent technician. He came to the door and told me what he was doing before he started anything. He asked if we were having any other issues. Once he completed his work, he came back to the door and gave me a flyer on what he did and told me what to expect in the coming weeks.
