Lot's. 1) Phone Notifications when TruGreen is coming and if they need to reschedule 2) In person discussions with representatives. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and seem to care about my lawn and my happiness. 3) Leaving a report card in my front door of what they did, noticed and what I can do to help maintain a good lawn. I am very pleased and would (AND DO!) recommend to anyone.
