If every service person did work like Adrian, I would consistently give him a 10 but the others five or six. All I ask for is full coverage and not skipping spots.. it’s apparent that the chemicals you use do a great job so I guess that goes to Management just a few short years ago a good part of the front of the lawn had a 4 foot around Oak tree on it and there was major damage because of the time it took to clear the debris so basically Tru Green brought the lawn back to life with some sprinkler help from me.

Pleased that the driver notified me when he arrived. I was able to keep my little dog off the lawn. He also placed a flag to notify anyone who may be walking past the house with a dog.
