We were happy to learn the reason for the bare spots in our front lawn so that we could treat it. We have already taken care of the suggested solution, however, a recent billing statement we received was a significant increase per treatment from what we've paid in the past. If that evaluation was free, why did the cost per treatment go up so much?????????

I didn’t know you were sending my guy back out. I called to get price on something and I was telling the rep that the weather has been crappy. I told her there were lots of weeds growing on the edges of the lawn/edges of the property. Next thing I knew you guys were here retreating! Excellent customer service for sure.
