Trey, or last technician, was excellent. He was extremely thorough and covering all the grassy areas and when he spoke to me, he was very polite and very professional. Some of your technicians sweep the lawn in less than 10 minutes and you can see where the lines are in the grass about a week later. Trey did a really nice job.

Emoloyee quickly accessed that the yard was not done correctly the first time. Got approval to redo entire yard. He spent quality time and with all the rain our lawn already has new grass growth. We received a call that our aeration service was going to be performed the next day. The next day, the TruGreen truck was out in the street but no one did the service. I called Trugreen and they advised that someone would be out in the next 3 days. 3 days later, David came out and spoke with us at the door and he did a great job. Thank you!!
