I had a question about a certain service and the manager was able to quickly allay my anxiety. I have been very satisfied with the service so far, especially with Bill (William) and the manager.
I like that I get a message the day prior to a visit, and then messages stating who the service rep will be and the approximate time of their arrival. I like that I not only get a written explanation of the type of treatment I received, as well as a message with the same information. I like that my yard looks better than it has in years!
Our yard is looking so much better since we started using TruGreen. They are always here when they say they are coming. We really appreciate the service they have provided.
The lawn is much improved since periodic visits began.
While I have been notified by text when a visit will occur, a knock on the door to let me know the treatment specialist has arrived would be appreciated.
