Your tech was very thorough. The tech came and did an excellent job. Total time spent on property approx 23 minutes , according to our watch. Tech also left packet on door, cameras notified us, someone is on property and tech came to door and rang door bell .

Service is very good, but to be notified I was not notified 24 hours in advance and that should be in my contract I’ve had with you for four or 5 years and I would like to be notified in advance so I can have my gate to my backyard unlocked and it wasn’t when the technician came to do my lawn, that’s all thank you
