Still waiting to see how billing procedures shake out. That's why I left Trugreen after 10 years of service only to learn that Scott's bought them. Actual service for lawn is top notch and tech has been very good. Job well done. Now it's time to see if Admin can match that level.
Shawn Wears did an fantastic job with my tree and shrubs today. He first knocked on the door to see if I had any questions and to follow-up on items we've been attempting to address. This is much appreciated. He then did an excellent job fertilizing my trees/shrubs. Shawn is a primary reason why I have remained with TruGreen. He is customer oriented, polite, and respectful. He is willing to research items that he may not be totally familiar with. I definitely would appreciate having him provide my service in the future - that is definitely a consideration factor of my choosing TruGreen next year.
I like that the respect and courtesy that all of the lawn specialists show when treating my yawn needs. Joel was my provider today. Very respectful and concerned regarding the many broadleaf weeds in my yard.

I like the way the service people take time to discuss the yard and or trees and shrubs and what they plan to do with each visit. I also ask questions after they have completed the treatment. On occasion I have informed them of insect problems, such as Japanese Beatles and they have come to spray the affected plants.
