I like the notifications by text about upcoming service dates, current service date, location and arriving soon for service. I actually used the link this time to see where the Trugreen vehicle was prior to our house. I loved seeing it on the move so I could tell my husband to be looking for Jimmy. Jimmy Gilliam treated our property for mosquito prevention last week and we interacted with him while here. He was courteous, respectful, and responded to our requests. We have always appreciated each technician and their service although I don't normally complete a survey and don't normally interact with them while here. I really get tired of being asked for surveys but wanted to write this one because of our interaction with Jimmy. Please understand that the survey comment is not solely about ones from Trugreen. I get survey requests for purchases from Lowes, Amazon, Walmart, and everywhere else we buy something or have a business interaction. It gets overwhelming to deal with all the emails, texts, etc. I also want to say that I have enjoyed using the website to monitor my plans. I would like to see the previous years invoices and services. Since the plans often span over the course of 2 calendar years, that would be helpful to see that I got all the treatments for which I paid. It would also be helpful to see a description of the service plans somewhere. Maybe they are there and I did not see them. A link from each plan box to the basic details of the plan would be great. I have found the people at the call center to be very helpful. I would like to talk to my local representative but have been told that all calls go to the national call center. There should be a way to reach local staff. The reason I have signed on with Trugreen is because of the local people that stopped by my house offering Trugreen's services. I was able to interact with a couple of reps via text when I first started but employee turnover has left me unable to communicate with anyone local. I hope this survey helps to identify some areas that I see for improvement in service and at the same time assures you that I appreciate the boots on the ground people like Jimmy for their continuous treatments and service.

Jimmy G does a great job in taking care of our lawn, plants, shrubs and trees. I always enjoy spending time talking to him and getting his feedback and advice on what to do with our lawn to improve its care and improvement. Since I have been a Tru Green customer I have noticed my neighbor subscribing to service and the neighbor behind me has inquired about your service.

TRUGREEN will always explain why they are doing a procedure before they proceed to do it. Caleb Mulvane (Truck ID 123717) treated 2000 thousand square feet of my lawn for Mosquito Defense a week ago. Since then I have noticed a significant reduction in mosquitos as well as fleas and gnats. Caleb also advised me to secure my dogs for a while as a cautionary measure. TRUGREEN has also serviced my lawn for weed control, limed and applied fertilizer as well as reseeded my lawn numerous times over the past year. There has been a significant difference in appearance of my lawn from last year ---the grass is greener and thicker! A shout out should go out to Caleb's Supervisor (MR. Stephen Wodkowski) for hiring such knowledgeable and well trained employees. Dennis T Peters
