Brian Smith did an absolute amazing job. He spent some time talking to me and going over the yard before he started and after. This is by far and away the best Trugreen customer service I have ever had. Usually no one knocks on the door and it's debatable if any work actually got done. However, Brian was amazing. I wish I could have him every time but honestly this guy deserves to be promoted...he knows customer service!!! Please do whatever it takes to keep Brian on your staff for the long term...your business will be better off for it!

The Specialist, Deonte Tatum, Truck ID 117139, did an excellent lawn service today. He covered both the front yard and back yard, unlike some of the previous specialist that neglected the back yard. Deonte gets a 10 (scale 1-10) on a very hot August day, and is an asset for Trugreen.
