Chris Hargis is a conscientious asset to your company. I have had concerns about different weed issues and Chris has gone out of his way to do what he could to solve these issues. Much appreciated and his knowledge and efforts have paid off in almost all situations. I have a current issue with a violet weed and Chris came out and performed a special treatment for me and it is now obviously working much to my satisfaction. It is because of employees like him that make a company successful and customers satisfied.
For the last few years,I have liked the thick, healthy lawn you provide. Lots of neighbors ask me what I do to make it so thick. I appreciate the calls that remind me you are coming and the notes left telling me what was done and why. I also like your informing me when you see something bad beginning.
The only negative I have is the constant phone calls trying to get me to buy services beyond what I have purchased for the season. I wouldn't mind being made aware of extras that my lawn might need, but if I indicate I don't wish to do so, the caller continues with heavy pressure that goes on and on, and I strongly object to that. Many times, I have asked the caller to discontinue the high-pressure calls, but they just keep coming. In recent months, I have had to resort to not answering Tru-Green calls. I hope this situation can be addressed so that your customer relations match your lawn service.
I would appreciate a pre-season e-mail or call that asks if I want to sign up for the new season and allow me to take advantage of the pre-payment discount, rather than just continuing the new season and then billing me for individual treatments.
In summary, your actual lawn service is excellent, but customer service representatives need their heavy-handed methods addressed.
