The Tech that came for the first treatment was professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and completed the job in a timely manner. I am starting to see some of the weeds turning brown.

I have a suggestion. We agreed to have aeration and reseeding done. They said SOMETIME inn the next week. We put flags where the sprinkler heads were. They did not come on Monday. I called on Tuesday, and they said they only do it on Mondays and Thursdays. Our mowers come on Thursday. I would have liked to have known that before we put flags out. We now have to remove the flags. They said they would be here the following Monday. Hope so.

Worker always showed up and if the worker was unable to do the job that day I was always notified. The color and health of my lawn improved greatly after using Tru-Green the last few years. It probably would have been healthier quicker if I’d followed the worker’s advice.

Your workers always do a great job. Thanks to them and their expertise our lawn looks great. We have had TruGreen for a number of years. If we talk to the worker after he is done, he is always friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Alex did a great job spraying in detail every inch of my yard. The communication with TruGreen and the customer on arrival day and time to be here in the app works so well. Alex was personable. The individual that sprayed trees and shrubs was excellent as well. I took notes because he had so many ideas that I needed to know. This is my second residence with TruGreen supplying services. Will stay with their expertise.

The text notifications are great. And if we need to reschedule, it's a bit of an effort, but we've been successful. Service is always done on the date. Grass is green. No grubs or other nasty creatures of concern. The trees and bushes look healthy. Employees are friendly; some more than others. Generally, if we are home and have a question, most times we have that opportunity to interact. (The text messages help here.)

The lady I talked to on the phone yesterday was wonderful. I’ve struggled before to communicate with your group, but she was really good. She understand what she’s doing. She listen to me, which was a big thing and actually tried to do what I wanted, I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she had a great job.
