You tell me when you are coming and I appreciate that because if I have something to say to the driver, I know when he is coming. The work is done and he checks back with me to find out if things were done right.
I am pleased how well the yard looks even though I had many trucks driving through my yard for almost all summer. The grass looks good and what we had to seed came back very nicely. I am looking forward to a very good looking yard next year. Thanks

This particular service: No. 1, I wanted to speak with the rep. I was phoned and was working and could not pick up the phone. You were to do this today or tomorrow and it was done yesterday 9/11. I wanted to be here and had a dr. appointment. I also stated a few times that I did not want my lawn aerated and it was. However, the last time this was done, it looked like big clumps all over the place, and this looked like prongs were used, so this is fine. The reason I wanted to be here is to make certain my entire lawn was done and it was not. The back yard is a mess in certain areas and was not done.

I want to say "thank you for sending Jerome Dennison for servicing our lawn today. We have had him one other time, and really enjoyed having him. He is dedicated to his work, was absolutely so informative of the questions I had about the lawn, he was kind, considerate and very understanding.
