I am trying to rate my specialist. I told him I would go online to rate his service, but cannot for the life of me find a way to rate him! your website sucks! if you want customers to rate the specialist you should make it possible.
I spoke to somebody awhile ago but the phone number she gave did not ask to rate specialist they wanted general info.
I told the specialist I would do it but have not be successful.
Your lawn care specialist, Melissa Himes, came here for the first time a couple weeks ago. She introduced herself and told us what products she was putting on our lawn and what it was for.
I was very pleased with her professionalism, her friendliness, her knowledge of the weeds in our yard and how she was going to treat them. I can say that in this short time most of them have died back.
We were previously with Scott Lawn Services. Keith Young is our new specialist from Branch # 5089. I was very impressed with his first visit to our home. He began by coming to our door to introduce himself and his desire to provide us with excellent service. He was extremely polite, sincere and professional. He asked if my husband or I had any special concerns and explained the service he would provide on this visit. When the service was completed, he rang the door bell and stated he was done. He then provided us with company contact information and directions on how to complete an initial survey.
Quite frankly, I am not sure this is the survey I was to send but wanted to be sure I acknowledged such a thorough, kind and professional employee!
It was good to see Eddie Stokton #51243 is still my Tech. Specialist ! He's always very polite and friendly ! He does a thorough job and I hope he continues to be my Tech. Specialist in the future !
