He was very professional and thorough as he examined my trees and shrubs, taking his time to answer all of my questions. I was equally impressed with Ingrid C., the Tree & Shrub Specialist that performed the first application. She patiently explained what I could expect from the first and subsequent applications. She also took the time to answer several questions, including one from my wife, who was concerned about the spray getting on our windows. I would like to commend Specialist Eddie Rodriguez for outstanding customer service when he came on 8/15 to repeat lawn treatment. He was courteous and knowledgeable, listening and responding to my concerns and frustration over late summer growth of crabgrass and nut sedge. He helped me understand why they were occurring. Together we walked the lawn to inspect areas of concern. Then, he proceeded to do a thorough job of treating the lawn, with problem areas in particular. We saw results very quickly. Eddie did a great job for us and we hope to have him service our property again.
