I like the notifying me days ahead of the visit. The comments on the work order - "Hello, I knocked on your door to speak with you about your service - I missed you..." NEEDS TO BE MODIFIED. I was sitting by my screen door and Tanner did not come to the door before or after application. I was hoping he would, since I had a question -- when to seed the bare spots after this application. He did make sure the gates to my back yard were closed.

Aeration looks good. Very attentive when they arrived. I do have many weeds in my yard on the front and south side. I also have moles bad. This surprised me since there was supposed to be grub protection put down earlier this year.
