The in-office customer service personnel are courteous, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful in understanding my concerns and directing the problem to the appropriate person for solution.
The service technician applying the needed chemicals are attentive to concern we may have.
The supervisor, Jim Smith, was very helpful in analyzing our lawn problems and conveyed helpful information to address the problems.
Thank you to all who have made our experience with TruGreen a positive one.
You billed me for the service and I had to call twice until I got a second representative that realized it was a make up free treatment and removed the charge. My Bahia grass is dying in the places where the weeds were sprayed and that’s wonderful. I’m very pleased. I can really see the results of the weed treatment. As the technician stated, it will take another treatment with weeds next month to probably eliminate the majority of the problem. I am quite upset, though, to hear that I have not had weeds sprayed since July that the other treatments were for fertilizer when I thought the technicians were spraying these past few months to get rid of the Bahaia that had gone out of control if I had been aware of that, I would’ve asked for you to spray for weeds this summer before the problem got completely out of control.Complete lack of communication with the technicians and my yard suffered for it. Hopefully when I get back in town in mid October and my normal treatment is scheduled it will include a weed treatment or they will be able to do a weed treatment at the end of October. Because this problem has got to get taken care of I’ve been a customer for nine years and my yard is not a good reflection of someone that has Trugreen service. It used to be the nicest grass in the neighborhood but this year quite the opposite. Anyway, I’m convinced that you all will do your utmost to help me get rid of the sedge thank you for your time.
Our technician(s) are doing well and the September fertilizing was done as a severe thunderstorm was moving in. He was very dedicated to the job and getting it done.
One question we have is what can be done to fight clover. We have Bahia grass in the majority of our yard and I am noticing more and more clover creeping into the yard. As they are both weeds, we know it is hard to kill one without damaging the other.
David B serviced my lawn this morning and appeared to do a very thorough job. Although my yard looks very good, he gave me some hints as to how to make it look even better. Good guy!
