I wasn't fully happy the last few years with the service calls occurring with such short notice.
However, I am really happy with my new Tech and my lawn is better than it has ever been.

I need a two day ahead notice, not the day before.
Our service tech Steve Crouch is always friendly and will take the time to point out problem area;s of our lawn. He is very knowledgeable on types of lawn problems and solutions. He is a great asset to your company.
Just talked to the Cory Noble by phone as he called to ask about mosquito control. I told him I did not want that service as I could not afford it on top of what I already have.
I missed him when he was here. As I said we did not hear a knock on the security door.

I was all but ready to terminate our relationship and find another company, due mostly to different techs coming to my home every month, and none of them knowing what I wanted done. It got to be ridiculous. I wanted a partner on my lawn, who knows what I want and need, and what my goals are, and simply put, I was not getting it, no matter how many times I asked. THEN....one of the managers called me ( Richard Barrick) and we had a good conversation, and he told me that JULIE (BRANCH 5767) would be assigned to me. Julie came, we talked, and I was absolutely impressed. I truly hope that Julie will indeed be my Tech from now on. I mean that in the strongest way. If there is a day she is scheduled and cannot come by, I would rather wait for another day then risk another Tech on my lawn. She is that good. She knows her stuff and she was very helpful by allowing me to talk about my lawn and what I wanted to see. She's amazing.......and she's the only Tech I want working on my lawn.
You are always prompt, and you say you will be there on a certain day/time, and you are.
If for some reason you cannot come (due to weather), then the next available day/time, I get the message that you'll be here.
Your Tech's are nice (when I'm hear to see them), and they always leave a note as to what they did or saw.
Also, "Trudy @ Trugreen" computer person who leaves the messages always sounds so friendly too.

The service including fertilizer, insect control including worm control and chinch bug protection has been very effective. Rich Buzo, (1783) has been the specialist for our lawn for several years. He is very helpful in explaining purpose of each application. He is an excellent representative for Trugreen
