Your service is very very good. I’m loyal to your company. My problem I always encountered is that , when I requested a service date to my lawn they keep on changing the schedule date what I wanter. Since I started with Scott Lawn now Trugreen, My schedule date of service is every Friday of the week, but they keep on changing the schedule date that I requested.Hoping that this problem I’m encountering now should be fixed. i have been a customer for many years, tree and bushes, there service response when needed is absolutley excellent along with all the treatments during the year is excellent as well. highly recommended
I scheduled an appt because skunks were digging up my lawn. The technician that came originally didn't put the second treatment of grub control down because he didn't see evidence of grubs. The situation deteriorated. By chance, our routine weed and feed appt was yesterday and the new technician, Sean Kim, asked if I had any concerns. I told him about the ongoing problem and while with me, he checked and discovered actual grubs to show me. Really validating and I am so appreciative of him for taking the extra time to problem solve.
I was outside when Ryan came to our house. I was able to talk to him and ask a few questions. He answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. We also would like a paper copy of what service was done when they have been here. The email is fine, but it's nice to have paper too. Thanks.
