Brian who does my lawn is a wonderful young man. Very knowledgeable, friendly and answers all my question. But I am very disappointed that TrugGeen assured me they would get rid of the horrid Bermuda/crab grass with the pre emergence treatment, it didn't happen, that awful grass has spread over my lawn! The thing we are concerned about is when they spray around the outside of the house for insects we are still seeing ants and yellow jacket nests under the eves and especially under the eves of the shed in the back yard and they attack us when we go around the shed to get the lawn mower. It appears what ever they're using isn't working or they're not spraying in that area.

The manager of the Pasco Branch, Jared Thurber, went out of his way to explain everything and show me exactly what the problem was with the lawn, and what he would do, and what I could do to resolve the problem. I was very impressed with his patience and tolerance in the whole encounter. I am extremely pleased with the visit.
