Regularly treat the lawn, which - for the most part - prevents problems.
Should be more aggressive when they see a problem area to treat THEN or inquire from customer or office what to do about the problem.
The tech came promptly and so far the experience has been very good. The online info has been very informative and helpful. I look forward to the future work and the new work on my lawn. The only drawback about the first visit was the tech didn't all the info about my lawn service. Online TruGreen says the homeowner doesn't have to be home, had we not been home the tech would have serviced our lawn improperly. Once we talked, he did a very good job. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

him for giving very, very good service. He lets me know he arrives. If I have questions he helps me understand what TruGreen can do and the expected results. I really appreciate his time and the service he provides. My interest is not so much in having a great suburban lawn but in maintaining a healthy and beautiful lawn to protect this very important part of my home's value.
