I'm hoping that the refresh works. If it doesn't parts of my lawn will have to be reseeded by Tru green, as our lawn was very burned in areas. We did complain at the time about the what happened. Also the Tru green personal saw the fertilizer in the dead grass where it was over applied.

The person was great. My lawn is looking overall great--only some bare spots that the sprinklers have not covered well. Some outlying bare spots were not seeded, but likely the person was confused about boundaries. I would appreciate it if the text saying I have a free visit coming would say what the visit is for, Specifically, I would like to know in advance about any insect spraying so I can mark things NOT to be sprayed. Also, if there is going to be weed treatment I can make sure to water in advance.
