I've been a long-term customer who cares a great deal about my lawn care. The last few months, my service had slipped and showed up in excessive weeds and discoloration back into my lawn. After a few calls with customer service, Kalib Hall came out and provided his professional overview of my situation and put a plan in place to resolve immediately. KH displayed very impressive decision making and problem resolution! My lawn got treated today (Kevin did a GREAT job!) for weeds and other items...and my aeration has been scheduled. I'm all-in with Tru Green and am very happy with KH and his plan to bring my yard back to a better position!

Without my knowledge you charged two services to my credit card which I didn't authorize. I will pay when I know and approve the application. I usually pay annually and for services that are in the package I sign up for.
You did a soil sample several months ago and I still haven't heard back from you. You and I need the results so we can determine what needs to be done. My grass just doesn't grow in the voided areas.
