Trugreen always does a great job at servicing my lawn and if it's not to my satisfaction, they will come back and redo it. For example I did not unlock the back gate. So they came back and service both the front and back yard. Thank you Trugreen.

The Mosquito abatement program has been amazing. I could not use my back yard prior to this service. After the first application the number of mosquitoes was dramatically reduced. Following the second application we had almost no mosquitoes. WE have used the service every year since and have had very little problem with mosquitoes.

I finally got you to listen. I wanted a supervisor to come out and examine the lawn with me. First time I called your number, they said that they’d send a message to the local office and for them to get back with me. Nothing. I called again, and this rep said that “we don’t do that”, and the service tech would take care of it. So nothing again. Only when I rated you a “5” and explained it, did I get action. I had someone come out with me, looked over the lawn, talked about what needed to be done, and a service tech came out and applied what the supervisor suggested, and that’s where we are now. The lawn has reacted to the application and I’m pleased.

Appreciate your services, however, due to the extremely high cost of maintenance for both the lawn service and the extremely high cost of water services during the summer months of triple digit temperatures and the direct sun on my lawn there is very little growth and development noticed during the spring to fall season. Your consistency is good but very little reward noticed in the growth without expense of a high saturation of the lawn during the hot periods of the year further complicated by the hardpan content of the soil throughout my yard. What remedies do you recommend for the hardpan soil issue?
