Your service is geared to the needs of my yard. This past year the watering restrictions have caused harm to my St. Augustine grass, particularly in the unshaded areas. The bermuda in the parking is surviving. I have bare patches but there are no weeds. Trugreen will help rebuild my lawn, weather permitting.

Before this act by Senior Service Manager Adan Gutierrez, I was prepared to post a viral NEGATIVE review of this company and the services offered. However, after meeting with Adan on 17 Sep 24, my outlook on TRUGREEN changed. I had a severe grub infestation even after having two applications, one in liquid and the other as granules. I was angry until Adan visited my residence and assured me that he would do whatever he could to rectify the ugly spectacle in the yard. He stayed in contact with me, answered my questions, and finally today, he and his assistant installed the sod as promised. I am extremely pleased with his performance and for him to be highly commended for his service. Realizing that we'll never be grubs-free, I can't thank Adan enough for his effort.
