I was very pleased with the service Bran Michel 80257 provided for trees and shrub and for the service I received for lawn care the previous day. I do not have the specialist's name in front of me. What I was unhappy about was that I was scheduled for all three services within two days creating a large bill. I called the office and had the last service rescheduled for Oct. Mark Manning (46361) my tech on 5/10/2018 was excellent....He took his time and went above and beyond while servicing the lawn....He even put seed and topper down in a few bare sports and told me to feel free to ask for a re-treatment on the weeds if they didn't go away in a few weeks.
