I have a big back yard that has a lot of plants and It seems to me that the technicians seem to always be in a hurry and just fly thru my yards real fast. I always have issues with the scheduling of the service I always tell customer service I need these services scheduled on Fridays or Late Thursday evenings when I am home I have to let technicians in my yard thru back gate entrance. I would appreciate it if when scheduling thru customer service that all the info gets imported into the order ticket. The experience I have had with customer service and a few of the technicians If I was to rate it between 1-10 I would give a 4. If the issues I keep having do not improve I will be looking at other companies for my services.
