Gabe Tavarez-Feliu arrived early in the morning for my scheduled application, and after a pleasant greeting he got the service job accomplished quickly. I really appreciate that early start because it enabled me to complete my garden/lawn work durning the cool morning hours (and in today's case, before the rain).
I also appreciate Gabe's positive demeanor as he presented the "Customer Service Information" sheet, and was ready to address any questions that I might have.
I am a continuing customer, so it is with assurance that I am looking forward to a healthy, weed free, lawn for another season.

Suggestion: A senior citizen discount. I, and I'm sure
a small percentage of your customers, are older and
not physically fit enough to do all the appropriate
maintenance on their lawns and other vegetation AND
are on limited or fixed income. A senior citizen discount
would make some of your current customers happier as
well as attracting NEW senior citizen accounts.
