we have finally gotten the lawn looking great. The aeration and overseed at the beginning of September has vastly improved the lawn. Daniel at my branch has been helpful and knowledgeable leading to this service being done at the proper time so the grass has taken and is looking so much better. I expect it to be even better come spring. Thank you

I like everything except for the last young man who came to my house. He was immediately rude and ableist. I had no idea who he was because he wasn't wearing the right shirt. I didn't know he was standing outside my door when I opened it to see if my dogs had gone out and called for them. I asked him who he was and told him that I am very ill, I'm drenched in sweat I've woken up and my dogs are missing and I need to find my dogs and that I had just pooped my pants and closed the door to take care of that. I came back and he was still standing on my porch. I asked him what he needed from me and he mumbled something about picking up my yard not being his responsibility which was ridiculous because I didn't even know he was coming. I asked him if he needed to keep the dogs in the yard and pick up the hoses and was that the point? He said yes, that was the point and he told me not to be rude to him anymore. I said, "I have not been rude." I closed the door.
**He literally knew I was standing in front of him searching for my dogs covered in sweat pooping my own pants.
I still chose to be nice to him. After I went and got my son so he could go look for the dogs in his noisy pickup, I had addressed the young man from across the way stating, "I did not open the door to you, I did not know you were there I was looking for my dogs. I am sick, and this is my normal voice, I am not being rude to you."
He asked me why I was being aggressive with him and I said that I was raising my voice over the sound of the truck and he argued back that the truck wasn't loud and he could hear me just fine he was clearly interested in having a conflict.
I told him that taking offense to my disability is ableism and he told me that he has a disability too and that he has PTSD and that I'm triggering his PTSD with the sound of my dying, sick, disabled voice. I called him an ableist a****** and told him that his insensitivity was not my problem and to get off my property multiple times before he got off my property. He attempted to tell my son that he was canceling the service because I was rude to him while I was telling him to get off my property. He stood in front of my property after he'd been told to leave calling his supervisor telling them that I was being rude and causing him a PTSD episode.
I called customer service and the person I spoke to was wonderful as is the rest of TruGreen aside from this mentally ill young man who should have been wearing his true green t-shirt and introducing himself and speaking up and being direct and not taking personal offense to other people's disabilities, and should certainly respect other people when you arrive unexpectedly at their home and have no idea what they're doing with. He needs a new job and a counselor.
