We are always told when the Tru Green people are coming. Everyone is courteous and we always get an explanation as to what’s done afterwards.

Trugreen calls ahead of the service date to say they will be arriving on a specific day, weather permitting. Lawn technicians arrive as scheduled. They knock on the door and announce they are on the premises to do weed control, fertilizing, etc. Technicians are polite. If customer has a question or requires extra weed control, Trugreen accommodates. Invoices are left in the mailbox and a notice posted on the lawn. We have been a Trugreen customer for several and are happy with the service.

I appreciate the pre arrival phone call about 48 hours ahead letting me know the day you will be applying a treatment (lawn or mosquito). It allows me to be sure back gate is unlocked and open. The service has been very reliable other than for the rare omission of pre arrival notice. The mosquito treatment has been consistently effective--it makes a difference. The lawn service has improved and maintained the look and health of our lawn.
