Yesterday, my specialist Calvin, serviced my lawn, and I would like to let you know how impressed I was with him. when he arrived at 8:00, I told him that I couldn't have the service because my lawn service would be there around 9:00. Also, I told him I had a landscaper appointment at 10:30. Upon hearing this, he checked his schedule and said that he could call me after some other calls to see if my appointments had been completed. Unfortunately, when he called, I was still occupied with the landscaper. We decided to reschedule. At the end of the day around 5:30, he called and said he would be here in about 30 minutes. I was so glad that he could still service my lawn. Calvin went out of his way to accommodate me, which is so commendable! Not many employees would have done that for me. So, I just wanted to let you know what a good employee Calvin his, and hope that you will share this with him and reward him in some way. Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]
