Service is consistent, service person is courteous and efficient. We had an issue recently, the service person did not get out of the truck, but drove around the building, spraying the bushes and grass, and in doing so, completely covered an employee's vehicle with the spray. Please speak with your staff to ensure this does not happen again. Also, we have many doors at the funeral home, the most recent hang tag was left on a door that is not usually monitored. The proper door is the ONLY door on the EAST side of the building, it is marked "FLORAL DELIVERY." Please leave the tag on this door.
