There are a couple of areas in my lawn that need additional attention. I was told on the last treatment that a type of grass that I have, I think it was called Texas Grass, would need Round Up and TrueGreen does not use that product. So what do I do?

Thank you for the great job on the recent visit.I couldn't be more happier from the gentleman who came and worked on my yard.I had a bad experience from the last guy who came and did a terrible job whom I never want to see again because his not trust worthy doing his job.I did made a call and complained and the lady took acton and made the correction and sent another guy to do the right thing.Thank you for your response and listened to my complaint and made the correction.Overall, the second visit was successful and thank you for the gentleman who performed the job well done.

I am always notified when they will arrive so I can keep my dog in the house. They do their work efficiently and the attendants are always very nice and friendly. They will answer any questions we may have. Have not had a mosquito bite all season.. Love the service and highly recommend TruGreen!!!

I enjoyed speaking with Josh S recently, while servicing my trees & shrubs, and his suggestions for how best to have mulch applied around them - which was to be done in a few days thereafter. I have been a TG lawn customer since you put in my lawn in 1993. this year as all other years I have 6 lawn treatments. Opposed to all other years you completed all 6 from 22 Jan 2024 through July 2024. That is 6 treatments in 5 months! This needs to change for following reasons: 1. My lawn needs care throughout the year. 2. Pre emmergent treatment in Jan is great in vabeach but should also receive fertilizer in Oct or Nov 3. Fertilizer applied 6 times in 5 months is not adding any continuous benefit ( lawn not as good this year). Maybe needs some fertilizer ?? 4. I would think excess fertilizer is not good for environment due to excess washing into watershed. I spoke with local manager , Jay, and he said the eason is a new computer system out of his control.
