I was able to watch your technician work from the kitchen window and it looked like he did a thorough and efficient job.
I would have given him a 10 but he didn't leave an invoice which I like to have for my records.

No one provided the service of a sulpher treatment on 04/25 . No placard, no ticket. No sulpher. I was told the service would be rescheduled. I was at home and cut the lawn the day before. I am very shocked and dissatisfied that this occcured. I would like an explanation. Thank you.

And I like that I can leave my phone number and not be kept on the phone listening to music. I have always been called back very promptly.
Michael Francis does a fabulous job working with our lawn. It is always green, no weeds and just looks wonderful! Our lawn has never looked so good. We also have neighbors who also receive TruGreen service but our lawn always looks better because of Michael.
