When James Gaines or Ricky Fluker treat my yard, the weeds die and the grass flourishes. When Timothy Herman treats my yard, it's always substandard, the weeds don't die, and it just seems as if I'm not getting what I'm paying for. . . and he will argue with me about my coverage area. Please stop sending Timothy and keep James or Ricky coming. They do quality work and they are personable.

Lisa Davis, my service representative has always made sure my request or concerns regarding my lawn have been immediately addressed. She will then follow up with a call to me to be sure I am satisfied. This is who TruGreen/the voice of the company I have contracted for years to take care of my lawn.Also, when on occasion I have spoken with your service man while fertilizing my lawn he has assured me it will be weed free. My technician, William Bero, is top notch. He knows my lawn better than I do. He has been my tech for a long time and I can count on him to remedy a problem if I have one. He and I and my lawn fungus go back a long ways. I always kid him that if he ever leaves Trugreen, I'm going with him. So treat him well and keep him happy.
