The gentleman that came out spoke with my wife, explaining the process very clearly. It was at that point that we became aware that the representatives we have spoken to on the phone provided us with inaccurate information. Due to that bad information, we made a complaint about the job that was being done for the mosquito treatment. I am very glad we were able to get to speak with the tech that was taking care of that for us that day. We also learned from the tech, unlike the information we were provided with the sales representative, that when we have a rainfall following treatment for mosquitos we should call back for a follow up. We were told the rain would wash away the treatment. So the rating of 10 is for the technician that came out that day. I truly appreciate his time.
