Spencer,(64208),treated our lawn today and was very understanding to our concerns. He spent time to explain our situation and his plan of attack. He was very polite and knowledgeable of the trugreen product. He is a nice guy and we appreciate this kind of customer service. Thank you
I find the gentleman servicing our trees and shrubs to be an excellent Tru-Green employee. He is courteous and considerate.
Not having the bugs is great. I am having difficulty keeping shrubs trimmed due to fertilization. I may have to limit that. Nice to see them healthy and growing, however.
I needed a quicker response to my S.O.S. About the Japanese Beetles, as they almost totally ate most of the leaves on my White Birch tree before I received service. I understand you have a schedule, but don't think people in your office understood.......I was being invaded and eaten up when I called.
My yard is looking much better. Payments are reasonable. Customer service phone call is a good idea.
I do have one concern. When I signed the contract with Skyler he made a note on my service agreement about the violets in my yard (violets everywhere). That was my main reason for getting a lawn service. The fertilizers/weed products at hardware stores weren't doing the job.
Any chance that I'll see a change in the violets by fall?
You let us know when you're arriving at least a day ahead of time. Our yard is starting to look much better than it has in a long time. Hoping next year at this time it will look even better. It's a slow process because it was in such bad shape.
