Excellent customer service. Very pleased with my experience. Just want to remind you that we have one of our bait holders that needs to be fixed. Its sideways in the dirt and just recently the cap came off and I cannot find it.

It has been over twelve (12) years that I have been using Turner for my Lawn Service. I have responded to many of these said Surveys over the years. At this time, Turner should not be asking me how is (or has been) my experience with Turner. Your response should be and always be the following:
"Thank you Mr. [LAST NAME REMOVED] for your continued use of Turner Pest Control for servicing your lawn."
OK.!!!! Andy is a very polite man and I trust his expertise and knowledge of what is to be done.
So there. It is unfortunate that he has to drive down to Ocala to help me with his service, but at least I am grateful that he is willing to do it, as the fellow he replaced was a total disaster. Good riddance of that fellow.

The customer service expert that was sent to evaluate my property and set up my account was one of the most friendly and accommodating people I had ever met. He handled the chaos of my house with amazing ease. When the actual technician arrived he was also just as friendly and knowledgeable as the front man. I learned a lot about the bugs that invade our yards and am confident that Turner will help me keep my yard pest free. My children can now play without fear of being bit. Thank you Turner!!
My entire experience, so far, has been wonderful! My rep was Chris Standley. He was the perfect combination of personable and professional. He followed up quickly processing my paperwork. Then I noticed my yard was sprayed right when it was supposed to be. I can’t comment on the service yet because my yard is not in great shape. It’s going to take a while to get it looking good....I’m looking forward to that. Anyway, I have been really happy with everything.
